2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Underwear & Nightwear
• Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
• Personalized or made-to-measure Suits & Tailoring
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Payment Methods

You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

3.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) may experience additional delays.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to Asia or certain remote regions. If your location is not serviceable, your order will be canceled and refunded.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date. Items must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original packaging

5.2 Return Process

2. Wait for return authorization (2 business days response time)
3. Repackage items securely with all original materials
4. Ship to our Montgomery address using a trackable method

5.3 Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• PayPal refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear

5.4 Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Follow the standard return process and specify your desired exchange item. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
