Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) may experience additional delays.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Personalized or made-to-measure Suits & Tailoring
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for prompt processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the merchandise with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Montgomery address using a trackable shipping method.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify your desired exchange item in your return request
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  4. Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
