At Modish Mens Shop, we take pride in delivering premium menswear that meets our exacting standards. However, should any item not meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures a seamless resolution.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note the following exceptions from our collections:
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear & Nightwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Personalized or made-to-measure Suits & Tailoring
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for prompt processing.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely repackage the merchandise with original tags and packaging.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Montgomery address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your desired exchange item in your return request
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- Shipping charges for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For PayPal payments, refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account

For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), please indicate “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs form to avoid additional charges. Original shipping fees and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.
